Our space consists of two separate dining experiences.

Both celebrate time and place, building menus out of specialty ingredients and the stories behind them.
The restaurant is a 'chef/author' restaurant, a term that signifies our menu is a story written through the hands of our chefs.
Our offerings at each dining experience will change in an evolutionary style as ingredients reach their peak seasonality.

Our main dining room is lively; we offer an a la carte menu focused on wild foraged, and local ingredients with a heavy focus on handmade pastas. We pair energetic vinyl with crave worthy snacks, larger format entrees meant for sharing and playful desserts. The menu is formatted to be able to sneak in for a quick meal at the small bar, or try multiple dishes between a few friends.

At our chef's counter, you’ll be greeted by our chefs upon arriving. As you settle in, we'll share our daily menu based around a selection of 7 ingredients, explored over the course of a dozen or so dishes. You’ll have a comfortable view as chefs prepare and guide you through our menu of wildcrafted, regional and seasonal items. Our beverage director will also provide you with beverage options that will allow you to make the most of your evening.
The menu tells a story of highly curated dishes and beverage pairings designed to become a sum greater than their parts.

Reservations are recommended for our main dining area, but not required.
Reservations are required in advance for our chef’s counter experience.
